No. Billi is built around how a business actually works — you raise an invoice, you record a bill, you see what you are owed — rather than around debits and credits. The accounting happens underneath. When your CA wants it in their language, the Chart of Accounts translates it for them.
Yes, and it is the whole product rather than a cut-down version. Billi installs to your home screen on Android and iPhone and works the same on a tablet or a computer.
Yes. GST invoicing, vendor bills, cash and bank, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and GST reports are on every plan, Free included. Stock tracking starts at Basic. Higher plans unlock more features — quotations, recurring entries, the trial balance, barcodes, variations, loyalty rewards, the counter, stores and the online store — and more invoice designs, not the basics.
No. The price you see is the price you pay — no GST on top and no setup fee. The rate you start on is held for your full term.
Whenever you want. Take a full backup as a file, or have it go to your own Google Drive on a schedule. If your trial or plan ends, your data is not deleted — you carry on on the Free plan and can still read and download everything, including a backup.
Yes — 1 company on Free and Basic, 3 on Pro, 6 on Ultimate and 10 on Business. Each keeps its own books, numbering, invoice design and team, and you switch between them in a click.
That is what the Chart of Accounts is for: Billi maps your categories, customers, suppliers and accounts onto the ledgers and groups your CA already works in, and you correct anything it guessed wrong. The Chart of Accounts and the Tally XML download start at Basic, and the trial balance built on it at Pro. Every plan includes one extra login for your CA. Billi has not yet been checked against a real Tally installation, so start with the one-month test export.
It goes to Trash and you can bring it back — invoices, bills, payments, credit notes, loans and more. Restoring a payment also puts the invoice's outstanding balance back in the same step, so you can never end up with a payment recorded and a different figure on the invoice.
