One company and one login (plus one login for your accountant), up to 30 invoices a month, invoices with your products and services, two GST and two non-GST invoice designs, payments, GST reports, P&L and Balance Sheet, and backups. It does not track stock, and it keeps two payment reminders at a time. Move to Basic when you want stock, unlimited invoices and unlimited reminders.

Basic keeps the core: unlimited GST invoices, stock tracking, vendor bills, cash and bank, loans, reports, Tally export and backups. Pro adds quotations, delivery challans, recurring entries, budgets, purchase orders to suppliers, the trial balance and five invoice designs of each kind. Ultimate adds all 32 designs (including four thermal-receipt designs), product variations, barcodes, the customer portal, loyalty rewards, salespeople, the counter, stores and the online store. Business adds closing the books and per-person access controls, for a group of businesses.

You can move to a higher plan whenever your business needs more capacity or more control. Your data stays exactly where it is.

Your data is not deleted and not held hostage. When your trial or paid plan ends, you carry on on the Free plan. Anything above Free — a second company, extra logins, stock — stays readable and untouched, and you can download everything including a full backup. Choose a paid plan again whenever you want it all back.

Because it is worth something to us, and the rate you start on is held for your full term — so a two- or three-year term also locks you out of any future price rise.
